The Company’s issued share capital consists of 187,967,077 ordinary shares of 1 pence each with voting rights. There are no shares held in Treasury.
Accordingly, 187,967,077 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Percentage of issued shares not in public hands is approximately 22.94%.
